Who we are

Carter Global Solutions LLC (“Carter Global Solutions”) provides certified translation, certified interpreting, notary public, and apostille services.

What the quote form collects

If you submit the quote form, we collect your name, email address, and message. We also collect your phone number, the date you need the work, and a city or state if you choose to provide them. We collect the service type, the language pair, whether the work is in person or remote, your consent to be contacted, the language of the page, and the page address.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks the submission for spam. We store a hash of the IP address combined with our client id. We do not store the raw IP address. We store a shortened user agent.

The form does not accept files. Documents are not sent through this form.

Why we collect it

We use the form to respond to your quote request and to keep a business record of that request.

Who handles it

Resend delivers the email notification of your request. Supabase stores the submission. Cloudflare Turnstile provides spam protection. Vercel hosts the website. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure visits and performance in aggregate and are cookie-free. They do not receive your name, email, phone number, or message. If you upload documents, you use a separate Dropbox file request. Those files are not part of this form.

Selling data

We do not sell your information.

How long it is kept

Information is kept as long as needed to respond and for business records.
